SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Art4Caritas.org all orders ship for free! (UPS Ground only or USPS Priority Mail depending on item size).

However, we do not ship orders to: Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, Armed Forces Addresses or International addresses

We will ship your item within 7 business days of receipt of your order and we will send you an order confirmation email with a UPS or USPS Tracking number. We do all we can to ensure that your package is packed safely and securely when it leaves our local UPS Store and all items valued at $500.00 and above are insured for the full price of the item.

SPECIAL 2023 HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION: We must receive your order not later than midnight on December 15th. We promise to ship your item (s) by December 18th, via UPS Ground of USPS Priority Mail. If you are interested in shipping an order via an expedited shipping service please call us directly, at 617-733-8102 in order to place your order.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We’re confident that you will love the item you have purchased. And we thank you for your support of Friends of Caritas Cuba.

If you are unhappy with the item you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of the item. To receive a Return Authorization number please call: 617-733-8102 or send an email to: hello@friendscaritascuba.org

You are responsible for all return shipping fees and for packaging the item safely and securely. We recommend you ship your item back to us in the same type of packaging you received the item and that you ship with a reputable shipping company in order to track your package progress and delivery. We also recommend that you insure your item.

Upon receipt and inspection of your item we will issue a credit to the same credit card you used to purchase the item. If there are damages to the product that did not exist when we shipped the item from our warehouse, we will be unable to refund your order. If you would like us to ship the item back to you, we will ask you to pay the shipping charges. We will not send a check, or cash as a form of refund.
